Girls Powerlifting

1. VHS Girls Powerlifting Team placed 3rd as a team at the Regional Meet in Gatesville. Each young lady did a great job competing.  The results are as follows:  Makayla Buck 5th place, Jennifer Guillen 4th place, Jocelyne Franco 4th place, Rose Zepeda 3rd place (State Alternate), Jade Slusser 3rd place (State Alternate), Brittain Rehn 2nd place (Qualified for State), & Fey Esparza 1st place (Qualified for State).
